Throughout his career, Richardson has built a reputation for combining deep technical knowledge with strong commercial leadership. His experience spans the full lifecycle of tubular products, from field operations and technical support to product management, sales leadership, operational oversight, inventory management, vendor relations, and executive-level business development.
Richardson began his career in hands-on field operations supporting drilling and completion activities, gaining extensive experience with premium connection systems, well construction, and rig operations. As his career progressed, he transitioned into technical sales, product management, and commercial leadership roles where he successfully led sales organizations, managed profit and loss responsibilities, developed market growth strategies, and built long-standing relationships with distributors, mills, processors, and end users throughout North America.
In his new role as Director of Sales, Richardson will lead Charter Pipe’s sales initiatives, customer engagement efforts, and strategic growth programs while supporting the company’s continued expansion as a leading supplier of OCTG and tubular products. His combination of field experience, technical expertise, and commercial leadership provides a unique perspective that aligns with Charter Pipe’s commitment to delivering value, reliability, and exceptional service to its customers.
